October is National Healthy Lung Month! To commemorate, we would like to offer a series of circuit-style classes with an emphasis on aerobics. You will work out in groups of up to 8 people, with the goal of improving cardiovascular endurance and overall health. You’re never too old to strive for Young Lungs!
Program Start Date: October 31, 2022
Program Duration: 3 weeks total, meeting twice per week
Class Options: Monday/Wednesdays from 4:00pm – 5:00pm (Studio A) & Tuesday/Thursdays from 4:00pm – 5:00pm (Studio A)
Cost: Members – $120 Nonmembers – $150
