BodyScript™ features a safe, near-infrared technology. This technology allows for accurate measurements of muscle, body fat percentage, and water in less than a minute, without the need to remove shoes or socks.

BodyScript will give you results on the following body metrics:

• Basal metabolic rate (BMR)

You can track your progress and results using our NEW center by app opening the Fitness Assessment tile and scanning the QR code on the BodyScript unit.
