The Crosby Wellness Center offers over 50 group fitness classes designed to meet the needs of both fitness enthusiasts and those new to exercise classes. Each class is taught by a certified instructor, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again. Participants can feel comfortable jumping right into any of our classes, including yoga, cycling, Zumba®, arthritis therapy, aquatics exercise and more.

Increase your cardiovascular performance with heart-pumping pedaling, and build muscular strength in addition to endurance.

Combine cognitive and physical movements to increase your brain health.
Mindful Meditation- August 31
Experience a mind-body connection designed to reduce levels of anxiety and depression. Plus, improve your concentration and overall wellbeing.
