The Crosby Wellness Center offers over 50 group fitness classes designed to meet the needs of both fitness enthusiasts and those new to exercise classes. Each class is taught by a certified instructor, trained to provide an excellent, motivating class that is sure to make you want to come back again. Participants can feel comfortable jumping right into any of our classes, including yoga, cycling, Zumba®, arthritis therapy, aquatics exercise and more.

Register for Crosby Wellness Center’s Rock Steady Boxing series on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2 – 3 pm. Rock Steady Boxing, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, gives people with Parkinson’s disease hope by improving their quality of life through a non-contact, boxing-based fitness curriculum. All skill levels welcome.
