Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Each class will work to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

This invigorating head-to-toe combination class emphasizes cycling drills for cardiovascular training followed by a resistance workout for upper and lower body strength.

This class will focus on the core and back muscles to help stabilize your spine, prevent back pain, and keep you moving safely. All fitness levels are welcome.

Tone and Stretch

Studio A

Stretch and Tone classes are designed to improve strength and flexibility, and reduce stress levels.  Classes consist of a number of different stretches and low impact toning exercises, and resistance bands are often used within the class.  The class includes stretching, mobility, breathing and flexibility exercises, and is suitable for any age and fitness level.

Yoga Basics

Studio A

Try yoga at your pace!  Join us for yoga in a small-class setting with a teacher who is focused on helping you get a great stretch and learn some of the most common yoga poses.  This class is perfect for first-timers as well as anyone who has less than six months yoga experience.
