Join us in this 4-week special program where we discuss the building blocks of nutrition and importance of carbs, fats and proteins. Learn how fitness and nutrition work together to benefit your body.

Week 1:
Three ways to make your life healthier starting today + active component: Upper Body Strength Training

Week 2:
Basics of nutrition + meal planning + mindfulness eating + active component: Lower Body Strength Training

Week 3:
Lunch! Foods you can add to your diet and benefits + active component: Cardio Moves

Week 4:
Exercise! How much, how often, what kind (planning based on their schedule) + active component: Stretch & Meditation
