This high-energy class helps increase endurance and body toning. Step classes begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by active, choreographed cardiovascular exercises targeting different muscle groups.  The step class continues with firming stretches, and a cool-down period of relaxed breathing to ease your heart rate.  Our step workout suits people of all fitness levels.
