Whether you’re new to the pool and want to learn the basics of breathing and body position or a fine-tuned athlete looking for technique refinement, the aquatics department at the Crosby Wellness Center offers members a variety of programs and services. The facility has two pools: a 25-yard lap pool and warm water activity pool. Our natatorium and well-trained instructors/swim coaches offer the perfect platform for many unique classes and programs.
The Crosby Wellness Center is proud to offer you an environmentally friendly aquatic experience with all bodies of water using an Ozone filtration process that produces naturally clean water free from added chlorine. Beyond daily aquatic fitness classes, you are also able to participate in classes offered by certified swim instructors.

Specialties: Over 20 years of experience teaching swimming skills to all ages, Gentle “no tears” approach for young children, Safety and correct swim technique are emphasized. Extensive experience with preparing kids for competitive swimming.
Interests: Swimming, B-Level tennis player, photography, and enjoy singing in my church choir.
Regardless of ability level and experience, people of all ages can swim laps. It is important to include low-impact, aerobic exercise in your fitness routine. Lap swimming provides a unique total-body cardiovascular workout.
Group exercise in the water can be an excellent way to reach your personal fitness goals. Our warm water activity pool is dedicated specifically for aquatic group exercise classes. High-, moderate- and low-intensity classes are available.
