
We kicked off 2026 with energy, movement and community at Crosby Wellness Center during our exciting LES MILLS™ launch event. The morning featured a brand-new release of BODYPUMP™, followed by a dynamic lineup of dance, Pilates, yoga and meditation. Each format was offered in 30-minute mini classes, giving members the opportunity to experience a variety of workouts led by some of our finest instructors.
This unique event created an engaging and accessible way for members to explore new formats or revisit familiar favorites. Whether trying BODYPUMP for the first time or flowing through a relaxing yoga and meditation session, participants enjoyed a well-rounded fitness experience designed to energize both body and mind.

Their passion, expertise and enthusiasm created a welcoming and motivating environment for all.

“The launch event was high-energy and so much fun! I loved meeting members who were new to BODYPUMP, seeing their excitement, and then welcoming them to their first class the next week,” shares instructor Rachel Wright.
Instructor Melinda Mann adds, “I thoroughly enjoyed the LES MILLS launch class because it gave me the opportunity to get a taste of a full class without committing to the entire session. Being able to participate in multiple classes within two hours, with each one seamlessly complementing the next, was a great experience. The energy was invigorating and left me in a positive mood that lasted throughout the day.”

Members echoed the excitement and sense of community felt throughout the event. “It was a fantastic event! It needs to be at least twice a year! All instructors were on point and knew what they were doing,” shares Veda J.
Another member, Wanda S., described the atmosphere as “a morning nightclub vibe… Members got to share with their instructors what they can do in all their classes,” highlighting the fun, interactive spirit of the day.
