Masters Swim Program

Join a Masters Swim Program with Diane Alkins - a Certified Swim Coach and Ironman Triathlete. Crosby Wellness Center is now offering a Masters Swim Program created for lap swimmers aged 18 and older. The adult swim program is open to all levels, whether you are a beginner or training for a swim or triathlon event.

The Crosby Wellness Center is celebrating May's Older Americans Month by encouraging our members to stay engaged at any age. Age Strong, Live Long is a five-week fitness program that is meant to improve on the four main components of older adult fitness: balance, flexibility and mobility, muscular strength and endurance, and cardio.
