Wear red and support healthy hearts!

February is American Heart Month®, and we’re taking a stand against heart disease and stroke. Together, we can raise awareness about heart health and show that fitness is the ultimate weapon against cardiovascular disease. Join us at Crosby Wellness Center in wearing red on February 7 to show our support for heart health loud and proud. Members who wear red will be entered into a prize drawing.

Take control of your heart health.

National Wear Red Day® is about more than a color. Heart disease is a serious threat, but it can also be prevented by healthy changes to your diet, exercise routine, and lifestyle. By taking these small steps, you can help set yourself up for success later in life. At Crosby Wellness Center, we have the equipment and programs to help you keep yourself happy and healthy. Our dedicated fitness specialists are here to help you create a fitness plan personalized for your needs.

Show up for the women in your life.

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death for women in the United States and causes one in three deaths every year, according to the American Heart Association.
