What do you enjoy the most about Personal Training?
The thing I enjoy most about personal training is that I get to be helpful to people who want to better themselves. Nothing makes me as happy as seeing someone who feels great after working out.
How would you describe your teaching style?
I would describe my teaching style as being very enthusiastic and supportive. I always make sure to ask how someone is doing and how they feel after each set so we can adjust the workout to their personal needs while cheering them on with every exercise they do.
What are your specialties?
I am at my best when it comes to helping those who are looking to lose weight or build total-body strength. I also love to help people who have begun working out for the first time or just want to add some new exercises to their routine.
What is a fun fact about you?
I can spell Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious off the top of my head.
